The Residences at Keystone Crossing is located just South of I-465 and East of North Keystone Avenue. Take I-465 to East 86th Street. Take East 86th Street to Keystone Crossing and go North. Go under the Fashion Mall skywalk, and take the first right into The Residences.

Pet Information

  • Pet-friendly community with a maximum of two cats or one dog. Dogs and Cats must be spayed or neutered. Pets must be 30 lbs. or smaller full grown.
  • Pet registration fee is $250.00 per pet and is non-refundable.
  • Monthly pet fee is $15.00 per pet.

Utilities/Services

  • Residents are responsible for the following fees:
  • Utility Fee: $106- 1 Bedroom and $126 - 2 Bedrooms
  • Trash Fee: $10 per apartment for trash removal
  • Each apartment is equipped for Cable TV and Internet at residents' expense. These services are provided by AT&T.

Deposits and Lease/Application Fees

  • Security Deposit of $350.00 (refundable)
  • Lease Administration Fee of $100.00 per apartment.
  • Application fee of $50.00 per lease signee.

Lease Terms

  • Our standard is a one-year lease. However, we can offer six,or nine-month leases at an additional monthly premium.

Insurance

  • All residents are required to have proof of renters and general liability insurance prior to move-in with copy of policies due at lease signing.
